Our client is committed to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. To support its continued growth, they are looking for a Financial Manager to lead the finance function and contribute to the company's strategic development.
Key Responsibilities of the Financial Manager
* Oversee general accounting, monthly and annual closings, statutory reporting, and external audits.
* Lead and oversee transfer pricing documentation and compliance
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT and corporate tax filings.
* Manage cash flow forecasting, financing activities, and banking relationships.
* Supervise insurance matters and financial risk management, including foreign exchange and hedging activities.
* Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.
* Drive process improvements, ERP developments, and finance digitalization initiatives.
The Ideal Financial Manager
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and corporate law
* Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting leadership role
* Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills
* Solid experience in treasury management, financial reporting, and internal controls
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori is a strong asset
* Interest in digital transformation and AI applications in finance
* Advanced Excel and ERP expertise, with a strong focus on process optimisation
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
