You already operate at a senior level and clearly distinguish between drafts, assets, and production-ready content.
Fluent English is required.
You must be able to communicate confidently in English across creative discussions, feedback loops, and client collaboration.

Admission to the Brainlancer Network is selective and structured.
Complete a short application form (~5 minutes) focused on your experience and creative approach.
If your application passes initial review, you will receive access to a structured AI interview (~25–30 minutes).
This interview evaluates creative reasoning, quality standards, and real-world experience.
Selected candidates are invited to a brief live interview to confirm expertise, communication, and ownership.
Only a small percentage of applicants are approved.
If you are still experimenting, relying on templates, or producing low-effort content, this will likely not be the right environment.
