This international scale-up organization is fast growing and looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong expertise in IT infrastructure and security.
As the Tech Lead, you will take a hands-on approach to designing, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure and security systems.
You will actively integrate new sites, optimize existing systems, and ensure the environment aligns with global standards like ISO27001, NIS2, and GDPR.
Responsibilities
* Perform detailed assessments of the current IT infrastructure, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, designing practical migration and integration plans.
* Define and implement a detailed roadmap for IT standardization and global alignment.
* Build and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
* Develop modern workplace technologies, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, collaboration platforms, and device security.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure and workplace technologies.
* Directly manage the setup, configuration, and security of IT systems during acquisitions.
* Actively configure and manage Zero Trust frameworks, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
* Perform hands-on implementation of security protocols, intrusion detection systems, and incident response tools.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 standards, addressing any non-compliance proactively.
* Lead projects through hands-on involvement in design, configuration, and testing phases, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Qualifications
* Strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and security, with expertise in Microsoft technologies and workplace solutions.
* Proven track record of managing and deploying IT infrastructure solutions preferably in international or scale-up environments.
* Hands-on proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Teams.
* Practical experience in configuring and managing Zero Trust frameworks, SASE, and hybrid environments.
* Strong skills in endpoint management, device security, and collaboration tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Hands-on familiarity with compliance tools and processes for ISO27001, GDPR, and NIS2 certifications.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical solutions.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
* Collaborative leadership style with a focus on knowledge sharing and mentoring.
* Relevant certifications are highly valued, such as Azure Architect Workplace, Microsoft Modern Workplace, CISSP, ITIL, CCNP.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (NL & Fr).
