Unique Belgium is currently looking for a rigorous and analytical Customer Account Relations & Support Assistant for a 6-month interim mission (replacement) within a renowned international banking institution located in the heart of Brussels.

The Role at a Glance
* Contract: Interim – Around 6 months (Replacement mission)
* Start Date: ASAP
* Schedule: Full-time - 37 hours/week

* Languages: Excellent command of English & Italian + good level of French
* Salary: according to experience (max 2800€ gross)
Your Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Customer Account Relations & Support Supervisor, you will handle the administrative and compliance management of corporate client accounts:
* KYC & Compliance: Manage KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures during account openings. Analyze official corporate documents (statutes, power of attorney, delegations of power).
* Account Management: Oversee the opening and closing of current accounts, and keep client profiles up to date (signatures, company data).
* Reporting & Support: Prepare and submit regulatory reports (NBB/BNB, FSMA, SOA) and coordinate with internal departments (ICT, Compliance, AMCO).
* System Control: Check and match client profiles and system access levels in the HBS platform.
The Ideal Profile:
* Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
* Knowledge: Good understanding of corporate law and legal jurisprudence.
* Languages: High proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory. A good working knowledge of French is required.
* Soft Skills: Conscientious, mature, highly precise, and well-organized. You possess strong analytical skills and can work autonomously while communicating effectively.
