ITSM Consultant
We are looking for an experienced ITSM Consultant to manage, evolve, and support a BMC Helix platform across internal initiatives and customer-facing projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot BMC HelixDesign and implement workflows, forms, business rules, and integrationsTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsManage updates, incidents, and change requestsDrive continual improvement and maintain documentationCollaborate across teams in a consulting-focused environment
RequirementsStrong experience with ITSM toolsStrong ITIL knowledgeUnderstanding of CMDB / ITAM and workflow enginesExperience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and basic scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL) is a plusFluent in French and English
