Hr business partner

The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to employees and managers. They contribute to all HR processes, including recruitment, training, employee administration, payroll, talent development, and daily employee lifecycle support.

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

1. Support managers in defining staffing needs.
2. Draft and publish job postings.
3. Screen and shortlist candidates.
4. Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
5. Manage the onboarding process for new employees.

2. Employee Administration

6. Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and various HR documentation.
7. Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
8. Track absences, leave, sick leave, and work-related incidents.
9. Collaborate with payroll (., variables, working time, benefits).

3. Learning & Development

10. Coordinate internal and external training programs.
11. Support individual development plans for employees.
12. Handle training-related administrative and budget processes.

4. Employee & Manager Support

13. Provide guidance on day-to-day people management matters.
14. Respond to inquiries related to labor law, HR policies, and internal processes.
15. Support performance management, feedback cycles, and appraisals.

5. Employee Relations & HR Policies

16. Contribute to HR projects (engagement, well-being, culture).
17. Support employee relations (., committees, communication).
18. Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.

6. HR Reporting & Data Analysis

19. Prepare regular HR reports (absenteeism, turnover, recruitment metrics…).
20. Contribute to ongoing improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Technical Skills

21. Good knowledge of labor law basics.
22. Strong understanding of core HR processes (recruitment, training, HR admin).
23. Proficiency with HR systems and digital tools.

Soft Skills

24. Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
25. Organization, attention to detail, and autonomy.
26. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
27. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
28. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Work Environment:

29. Office-based role.

Experience:

30. 2–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.

Education:

31. Fluency in French and good knowledge of the English
32. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or equivalent.
