We are currently supporting a Belgian scale-up active in innovative automation solutions in the search for a hands-on IT Manager.

This creates a unique opportunity for an IT leader who enjoys building, structuring and executing. The role will be central in supporting the ongoing carve-out, ensuring business continuity during the transition, and shaping a lean, modern, cloud IT landscape for the future.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders across sales, finance, operations and logistics, manage strategic outsourcing partners, and lead a small local IT team in Belgium.
A key priority will also be the evolution or migration of the ERP environment towards a modern, cloud-based platform suited to a mid-sized, entrepreneurial business. xphnsxz
We are looking for someone who brings:
* Proven IT management experience in a mid-sized company
* Strong hands-on experience with ERP implementation or migration, ideally with platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics or NetSuite
* Experience working with outsourced IT delivery models and external partners
* A pragmatic, business-oriented mindset
* Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity fundamentals and SaaS environments
* The ability to translate IT topics into clear business language
* Fluent English, Dutch or French is an advantage
