In addition, we leverage innovative technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards. In this role, you will lead the entire lifecycle of banking solutions—from ideation and analysis to implementation and continuous improvement. You will develop tailored solutions, advise on digital transformation, and drive the integration of AI and automation. You will organize workshops, manage change initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of new solutions. Furthermore, you will align strategies with market trends, support business development, and represent Sopra Steria as a thought leader in client meetings and industry events. Finally, you will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by monitoring performance, incorporating feedback, and supporting training programs, with a particular focus on Anti-Financial Crime and AI.
