Courtyard by Marriott Ghent is looking for an experienced and driven F&B Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. As a key figure on the floor, you are the go-to person for both colleagues and guests. You ensure seamless service, smooth cooperation with kitchen and bar, and a warm experience from start to finish.

Your impact behind the scenes
1. You lead the service team and coordinate day-to-day operations.
2. You welcome guests and ensure professional and personalized service.
3. You manage shift planning and efficient task division.
4. You coach, motivate, and support waitstaff on the floor.
5. You monitor operational standards and step in when needed.
6. You ensure smooth communication between floor, kitchen and bar.
7. You handle feedback or complaints discreetly and with a guest-first mindset.
8. You actively work on the floor during busy times and lead by example.
Profiel
Who are we looking for?
9. You have relevant experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in hospitality.
10. You radiate maturity and calm, even during peak hours.
11. You are willing to work in shifts between 7 AM and 11 PM, including weekends and public holidays.
12. You are a connecting leader who knows how to motivate and structure a team.
13. You communicate clearly and fluently in Dutch or English (additional languages are a plus!).
14. You are well-organized with an eye for detail and the bigger picture.
15. You are looking for full-time (38h) or part-time (at least 4/5) work.
