As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving international growth and ensuring compliance with food legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Horizon scanning: Conduct market research to identify new regulations and inform stakeholders about food safety, composition, and nutrition requirements.
* Oversee quality documentation, including customs-related documents, and provide support to plant quality teams.
* Collaborate with specification, NPD, marketing, and international export teams to ensure product formulation and labeling compliance.
* Provide internal and external stakeholders with specifications, labels, and additional product information.
Requirements
* A Master's degree in Food Technology or a related field, with several years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in an international environment.
* Strong understanding of Food Law required, with familiarity with Arabic and/or Asian food legislation being an advantage.
* Ability to adapt to new legal frameworks and grow into an international regulatory specialist.
* Structured, accurate, and confident use of administrative and digital tools.
* Capacity to assess priorities and manage multiple tasks.
* Flexibility to be based in various countries where we operate production sites, with occasional travel to Belgium required. Local language skills and cultural understanding essential.
