As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and integrating top talent to support Avesta's growth. You will work closely with the HRBP to align recruitment needs with the company's HR strategies, ensuring that the talents you acquire align with both short-term and long-term organizational goals. You will also play a key role in promoting Avesta's employer brand and attracting quality talent by participating in recruitment events.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and attract talent that aligns with the current and future needs of the company.
* Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job openings to signing contracts.
* Collaborate with managers and the HRBP to understand the specific needs of each department and align the profiles sought with strategic objectives.
* Organize or participate in career fairs, university forums, webinars, or networking events to promote Avesta and attract top talent.
* Organize and conduct interviews, assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills, and propose suitable professional opportunities.
* Ensure an optimal candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Track and improve recruitment performance metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, candidate quality, etc.).
* Contribute to the optimization of recruitment channels and the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
* Participate in new hire integration, in coordination with the HR team and HRBP, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Additional Support to HR Department:
* Assist the HR department with daily HR administrative tasks and support the smooth operation of HR processes.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment or HR.
* Experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Knowledge of best recruitment practices and modern sourcing tools.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders, including HRBPs and managers.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high degree of accuracy.
Desired Skills:
* Experience in similar sectors (technology, energy, etc.).
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
