At Astek, we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to collaborate with our global partner, a leading company in the German aviation sector.
You will be part of an international digital program focused on improving the traveler experience across multiple products and platforms. You will work within cross‑functional agile teams, helping shape user‑centered solutions that impact millions of customers worldwide.
Your Mission
* Design seamless end‑to‑end user experiences for responsive web and mobile products.
* Translate research insights, business needs, and technical constraints into clear user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
* Define and improve user journeys, scenarios, information architecture, and interaction models.
* Ensure digital content follows best practices in readability, consistency, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility (WCAG).
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, analysts, and other UX/UI team members to align on requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
* Work in an agile environment, contributing to ceremonies, refining scope, and iterating based on feedback and testing results.
* Advocate for user‑centered thinking within squads, supporting discovery, validation, and continuous improvement.
* Maintain design standards across templates and reusable components in alignment with brand and accessibility guidelines.
* Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders in an international and multicultural context.
Who Are You?
* Bachelor’s degree in UX, Interaction Design, HCI, Media Design, or equivalent professional experience.
* 3–6 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in digital products (B2C preferred).
* Strong expertise in user‑centric design, user flows, UX patterns, and information architecture.
* Advanced skills in prototyping tools (Figma preferred) and experience working with design systems.
* Good understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design (a plus).
* Experience collaborating with agile teams and participating in iterative delivery cycles.
* Strong communication skills and high tolerance for ambiguity and fast‑paced environments.
* Fluent in English (C1). German is a plus.
