As an Enterprise Systems Manager, you take ownership of this landscape and ensure that our systems, processes, and data are perfectly aligned. You combine leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership in a role with real organization-wide impact. About the job As Enterprise Systems Manager, you are responsible for the enterprise systems landscape such that it continues to evolve with the changing business and process needs. You ensure that enterprise systems evolve in alignment with the company’s target architecture and established architectural principles. You lead a team of functional and technical application engineers and work closely with process owners, IT, Data, and external vendors. You make sure that the architectural direction and target state definition that has been defined is implemented and governed. Your focus includes: Application Landscape Management End-to-end responsibility for our enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, HiBob, Kantata, Tempus, NetSuite, Greenhouse, Miro, etc.). Demand management: balancing priorities between business needs, capacity constraints, and architectural guidelines. Contributing to application roadmap planning and managing the operational delivery roadmap within architectural guardrails. Ensure cross-system integrations are documented, governed, and aligned with architectural standards. Safeguarding configuration, data quality, security, and compliance (e.g., ISO27001). Vendor management and performance follow-up. Governance & Alignment Implementing and operating agreed governance structures (steering committees, reporting, budget follow-up). Ensuring alignment between process owners, application owners, and data stewards. Acting as escalation point for delivery risks, scope changes, and cross-system dependencies. Providing transparent stakeholder communication at different levels within the organization. Monitor delivery performance through KPIs (quality, timelines, capacity utilization) and continuously improve execution practices. Team Leadership Leading and coaching a team. Setting priorities, managing planning, and removing blockers. Stimulating team development through mentoring and feedback. Driving the evolution toward a more functional, business-oriented operating model. Your Profile You have: Master’s degree with an affinity for IT, or equivalent through experience. 8-10 years of relevant experience (Functional/Business Analyst, IT/Business Consultant, Delivery Manager, or similar). Experience in a software or technology-driven environment. A first experience managing a small team. A strong delivery focus: translating business requirements into actionable plans and ensuring successful implementation with internal teams and vendors. Experience with enterprise tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Fluent in English (Dutch is a big plus). In addition, you demonstrate Strong stakeholder management skills.
