Hiring: M&A Lead (Deal Origination & Execution) | Belgium (flexible on city) | Buy & Build (Insurance Brokerage Roll-Up
We’re partnering with a fast-scaling insurance brokerage platform in Belgium (aggressive buy & build / roll-up) looking to hire a Flemish-speaking M&A professional to lead end-to-end M&A activity.
This is a high-impact role with real ownership across the full deal cycle — from sourcing proprietary opportunities through to closing and integration handover.
What you’ll do:
* Lead deal origination across the Flemish region (proprietary sourcing, broker relationships, pipeline building)
* Own full deal execution: valuation, negotiation, due diligence, IC materials, and closing coordination
* Manage advisors (legal, accounting, DD) and run multiple deals in parallel
* Work closely with senior leadership to shape M&A strategy and prioritisation
* Support handover into post-merger integration to ensure smooth outcomes
What we’re looking for:
* Fluent Dutch & English is essential
* Proven experience in M&A / corporate development / transaction services / investment banking / PE
* Strong commercial instincts and ability to build relationships with founders/owners
* Comfortable working in a high-velocity environment with multiple live deals
* Hands-on, pragmatic, ownership mindset
