We're looking for an IT Asset Management Coordinator to join our dynamic Managed Services team
If you love keeping things organized, optimizing processes, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork, this role is for you. You'll be the go-to person for managing and overseeing IT assets, making sure they're tracked, maintained, and used efficiently.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll take ownership of IT asset management from start to finish. Your mission? Keep our IT resources optimized, compliant, and cost-effective. Here's what that looks like:
* Inventory Management: Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of all hardware assets and ensure stock levels meet customer needs.
* Compliance: Make sure all assets comply with company policies and regulations.
* Coordination: Work closely with the IT team to identify and evaluate potential asset purchases.
* Lifecycle Management: Track assets from procurement to disposal in the CMDB.
* Disposal & Replacement: Manage the retirement of obsolete equipment and coordinate replacements.
* Automation & Optimization: Apply smart practices to streamline asset management processes.
* Reporting: Prepare clear, actionable asset management reports.
Your work ensures IT assets are used efficiently, maintained properly, and disposed of responsibly helping us reduce costs and boost performance.
What You'll Need
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and lifecycle management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
* Proficient in English (French/Dutch is a plus)
* Team player with a customer-focused mindset
* Knowledge of MS Office and ServiceNow
* Physically fit to handle hardware equipment
* Respectful, open-minded, and culturally aware
