Your team guides customers through every step — shaping the right approach, building proposals, presenting recommendations and supporting smooth change during implementation. You don't just support the sales organisation; you help them shine.
What you'll take the lead on
· Leading and coaching a team of passionate networking & security presales experts — you help them grow, learn and stay one step ahead.
· Translating Telenet Business' broader strategy into a roadmap your team can act on — clear, concrete, and full of purpose.
· Creating the right environment for performance: removing barriers, offering direction and nurturing strong collaboration.
· Bringing valuable market insights to colleagues like sales specialists and solution managers — helping them understand what customers really need.
· Working closely with our solutions organisation, other presales teams, key partners and external vendors.
· Reporting directly to the Head of Solutions for Networking & Security.

· You think and work at bachelor's or master's level and have several years of experience leading people. You know how to motivate teams and help talent grow.
· You have deep experience in networking and cybersecurity — and understand the rhythm of presales.
· You analyse opportunities effectively, allocate the right resources and spot knowledge gaps quickly.
· You're comfortable responding to large RFPs and frameworks.
· You navigate the IT ecosystem of vendors, partners and distributors with ease.
· You can perform margin calculations (customer P&L) and manage budgets with confidence.
· You enjoy improving processes and share your perspectives openly and constructively.
· You represent your team proudly — both internally and externally.
· You collaborate naturally, but you take ownership when the moment calls for it.
· Your enthusiasm is contagious; you bring positive energy to your team every day.
· You're fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
