HR Business Partner
About the job
Als HR Business Partner ben je een sleutelfiguur binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met Business Unit Managers en projectleiders en ondersteunt hen bij alle HR-gerelateerde vragen en processen. Je combineert een adviserende rol met hands-on opvolging en draagt zo bij aan de verdere groei van ons team.
Some of your duties include:
* Ondersteunen van de Business Unit Manager bij dagelijkse HR-vragen (personeelsgroei, ziekteverzuim, evaluaties, …).
* Opvolging en rapportering van HR-doelstellingen (opleidingen, rekrutering, retentie, payroll).
* Uitvoeren van loonsimulaties en opstellen van personeelsdossiers bij indiensttreding.
* Actieve opvolging van rekruteringstrajecten voor arbeiders en bedienden binnen de bouwsector.
* Analyse van retentie en advies aan het management rond personeelsbeleid.
* Controle van personeelsgegevens en optimalisatie van HR-administratie.
* Adviseren rond sociale wetgeving, met focus op arbeiders in de bouwsector en buitenlandse tewerkstelling.
Your profile
* Je hebt een bachelor of master in HR of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
* Je kan minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige HR-functie voorleggen.
* Je hebt grondige kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving, bij voorkeur specifiek voor de bouw.
* Je bent Franstalig, met voldoende begrip van het Nederlands om deel te nemen aan meetings.
* Je bent vertrouwd met de Franse werkcultuur.
* Idealiter ben je woonachtig in Wallonië.
