This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office at Minervastraat 14, 1930 Zaventem.The role includes responsibility for coordinating events from preparation to follow-up, as well as supporting ongoing marketing and communication activities.Support the planning and coordination of events and congressesManage practical and logistical aspects of eventsCoordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partnersAssist with event budgets and cost follow-upSupport marketing and communication activities related to eventsHelp with SoMe and practical tasks related to marketingYou have an interest in health and nutrition and experience in event coordination and marketing support. You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English and are comfortable coordinating with suppliers and managing budgets.
