With over 1.5 million projects managed and a 93% customer retention rate, Optimy is a recognized leader in the social impact tech space. As we continue to expand in German Speaking Europe, we’re looking for a Belgium-based Account Manager to drive growth within our existing customer base.
As an Account Manager focused on expansion, your role is to grow revenue from an existing portfolio of high-potential clients across Europe. You will not be responsible for day-to-day support, these are handled by our dedicated support and Implementation teams.
Your core mission is to identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, helping our customers unlock new value from the Optimy platform. Identify new business opportunities within your accounts (e.g., Lead the full sales cycle of expansion deals: from discovery and qualification to demo, proposal, and closing
Navigate complex buying groups (procurement, CSR, ESG, IT, operations, etc.) Coordinate with the Implementation & Customer Support teams for seamless delivery
Share insights from the field with Product and Marketing
Contribute to continuous improvement of playbooks and sales enablement content
5+ years of experience in account management or business development (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment with complex sales cycles).
~ You have a customer-first mindset and the ability to analyze customer data and identify revenue opportunities.
Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM), LinkedIn SalesNav and other sales tools is a plus
Language requirements : Fluency in English and German is required.
