What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the O2C process: invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution
* Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments
* Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or overdue accounts
* Support monthly and quarterly closing activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Finance, Customer Support)
