Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated VMware System Engineer to join our team in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop solution architecture documents detailing platforms, technologies, integration methods, and communication protocols.
* Ensure the performance and availability of the infrastructure by monitoring and analyzing system metrics.
* Handle backup infrastructures to ensure business continuity.
* Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
* Participate in support rotations to provide timely assistance.
* Contribute to infrastructure innovation by evaluating new products and solutions.
Requirements:
* Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in IT System Administration and Virtualization.
* Strong knowledge and experience with VMware vSphere, VMware Aria Operations, vCenter, VSAN, and NSXT.
* Working knowledge and significant experience of operating systems.
* Familiarity with SAN/NAS technologies.
* Good level of English.
