* Coordinate technical activities across engineering and operations
* Translate requirements into actionable project plans

* 5+ years in technical project management (engineering/IT/aerospace)
* Strong experience leading cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with complex systems (ground stations, integration labs)
* Knowledge of regulated environments (ECSS, ISO, etc.)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
