Job Description
Qcify develops advanced quality inspection and sorting systems for the food industry powered by computer vision and deep learning. We serve customers across five continents, with recent shipments to North America, Australia, Europe, and Asia.
As a Field Service Engineer you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role includes providing both remote and on site support. You will assist with technical issues related to machines as well as sorting programs.
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent language skills in English are required - extra languages are a plus
* Prior experience in field customer service is a plus
