Responsibilities
* In this role, you will manage pre-sales, support sales with solutions design, and enhance customer interaction. Collaborate with Sales and PMO teams to drive successful project executions.
* Manage pre-sales tasks in coordination with Sales teams
* Draft system design and BOMs/quotations
* Provide technical support for Sales proposals
* Elaborate solutions for customer requirements
* Plan project phases with PMO
* Define system architecture with customers
* Assist with system 'go live' operations
* Participate in customer-facing events
* Provide market feedback to Markets & Solutions team
* Organize product demos and maintain regional setups
