As a Junior HR Assistant, you will support the HR team across a variety of tasks, giving you a broad introduction to the field. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the recruitment process: job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
* Supporting the onboarding of new employees
* Handling HR administration: contracts, personnel files, absences, certificates
* Preparing HR documents and ensuring updated employee data
* Helping with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying information
* Participating in HR projects such as employer branding, training coordination, or wellbeing initiatives
* Being a point of contact for employees, providing clear and friendly support
* You graduated in HR, Psychology, Office Management, Business, or a related field
* Eager to start your career and develop strong HR skills
* Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Organized, communicative, and service‑minded
* Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable handling confidential information
