Responsibilities of the CNC turner:
1. programming and operating DMG MORI CLX350 lathe using Siemens 840D / shop turn
2. programming directly on the machine
3. tool management
4. working in steel, cast iron, bronze and stainless steel
5. tolerances 0,01
6. measurements of the parts using micrometers + quality control
7. small series (mostly max. 5 pieces) also single parts are made on CNC machines
8. design and drawings on paper according a model
9. reading technical drawings
10. maintenance on the lathe
Profiel
Requirements:
11. Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC turner.
12. Programming skills.
13. Interested in long-term cooperation.

14. Salary: from EUR 3,000 net/month.

Working hours
• Monday 8h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
• Tuesday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
• Wednesday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
• Thursday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
• Friday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 15h
• Saturday 7h to 12h (on a voluntary basis)
