We are currently supporting an international consulting program focused on food safety and quality standards across the hospitality and food service industry .
We are looking for Food Safety Advisors based in Belgium who can support audit activities across restaurants and food service operations, helping organizations ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in restaurants, kitchens, hospitality operations, or food quality and safety environments, who are interested in transitioning into an advisory or auditing role.
What You Will Do
* Conduct food safety and hygiene audits across restaurant and food service operations
* Evaluate compliance with food safety standards and HACCP practices
* Identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement
* Provide guidance to operational teams on best practices and corrective actions
* Prepare structured audit reports and follow-up recommendations
* Support clients in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
What We Are Looking For
* Background in Food Safety, Food Quality, Hospitality, Culinary Operations, or Restaurant Management
* Experience working in restaurants, kitchens, catering, hospitality, or food production environments
* Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, or hygiene compliance
* Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct operational reviews
* Ability to communicate recommendations clearly with operational teams
Languages
* French – Fluent
* English – Professional
Location
Candidates should be based in Belgium, preferably in Brussels or nearby French-speaking regions .
