Copyright Clearance Center is seeking an innovative, hands-on, and customer focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team. The successful candidate will recruit international positions providing a full resourcing service including sourcing and recruitment cycle management and support the wider HR Team. You will ensure that candidates are recruited efficiently and cost-effectively to meet the ongoing needs of the business.
What you will be doing
* Provide a proactive and targeted approach to attract the best talent to CCC
* Partner with business stakeholders and HR team to provide first-class recruiting support and advice throughout the end-to-end hiring process
* Manage the recruitment process, in conjunction with HR team, from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
* Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and plans to build pipelines of high-caliber candidates
* Ensure data accuracy of our recruitment database. Track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities, including time to fill, and cost per hire.
* Communicate effectively and partner with other HR colleagues, ensuring collective objectives are achieved
* May participate in other work as part of the wider HR Team, as needed
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in recruiting role in a matrix global corporate organization.
* Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders
* Demonstrated customer service focus, and proven track record in providing excellent candidate experience
* Experience using recruitment ATS; ADP a plus
* Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent English (C1 or equivalent)
* Results-focused, highly adaptable, and flexible
* Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with experience of leveraging different sourcing channels and familiarity with internet search tools
