About The Role
We are transforming the way estate agents present, communicate, and win instructions.

We provide a cutting‑edge presentation and marketing platform designed specifically for estate agents to differentiate themselves, impress clients, and grow their market share.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a senior, hands‑on Fractional Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to take true ownership of our commercial engine, sales, marketing, and revenue performance.

This is not an advisory seat. It’s a high‑ownership, outcomes‑driven role for an experienced commercial operator who enjoys building, improving, and making decisions, not just recommending them.

The founder will remain involved at a strategic level, but you will be the day‑to‑day commercial decision‑maker, working closely with the founder and Operations Lead to strengthen growth, sharpen positioning, and help the business mature beyond founder‑led commercial execution.

Your Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Commercial Performance

Own revenue performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.

Be accountable for commercial outcomes and empowered to make day‑to‑day decisions without founder approval.

Establish clear commercial KPIs and a reporting cadence across sales and marketing.

Drive performance accountability, identify underperformance early, and course‑correct fast.

Commercial Strategy, Positioning & Growth

Define and execute the commercial strategy aligned to company objectives.

Strengthen market positioning, messaging, and USPs to increase demand and win rates.

Improve the sales narrative, demo quality, and conversion performance across the funnel.

Establish discipline around pricing, packaging, discounting, and deal quality.

Process, Systems & Scale

Build scalable commercial processes, systems, and structure that reduce dependency on individuals (including the founder).

Improve pipeline management standards, commercial hygiene, and operating rhythm.

Embed repeatable playbooks for sales execution and demand generation.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead and develop the Sales Manager to raise performance and execution consistency.

Lead and direct the Marketing Manager to ensure demand generation is effective and commercially aligned.

Provide senior commercial input into leadership discussions and planning.

Reduce founder dependency by creating clarity, ownership, and momentum within the commercial team.

Must‑Have
What we're looking for

Senior commercial leadership experience in B2B SaaS or technology‑led services.

Strong track record of improving sales effectiveness and marketing performance.

Experience operating in small to mid‑sized businesses / scale‑ups.

Comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just advising.

Pragmatic, hands‑on operator who can execute with limited resources.

Nice To Have

Experience working fractionally or in interim commercial leadership roles.

Experience in PropTech, estate agency, or adjacent markets.

Experience supporting founder‑led businesses through scaling or exit preparation.

Exposure to buyer or investor scrutiny (helpful but not essential).
