About the job
As a CRM Campaign Manager, you'll drive the execution and optimization of omnichannel marketing campaigns. From email and SMS to in-app and dynamic content, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end on platforms like Selligent, Airship, and Kiotta.
Your key responsibilities:
5. Design and manage automated, personalized CRM campaigns across channels
6. Monitor performance metrics, optimize deliverability, and run A/B tests
7. Support internal teams with training, documentation, and CRM best practices
8. Contribute to strategic CX projects and continuously improve customer journeys
9. Ensure GDPR compliance and stay ahead of CRM trends
You'll work closely with CX Designers and Product Owners, aligned with strategic pillars like Acquisition, Conversion, and Retention.
About the ideal candidate
10. You bring at least years of experience in CRM, with hands-on knowledge of Selligent or similar tools.
11. You feel comfortable with segmentation, data analysis, and campaign automation—and enjoy digging into the details.
12. You’re a great communicator, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
13. You have a solid understanding of HTML, and familiarity with SQL, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
14. You’re fluent in French, and any knowledge of English or Dutch is a welcome bonus.
15. Above all, you’re curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to a supportive team environment.
