About the job
As the new Brand Manager, you will join our client's energetic four-person marketing team.
You will be the crucial link between strategy and execution for your brand portfolio.
This role involves developing brand plans, translating market analysis into concrete campaigns and pricing strategies, and managing product launches.
You will work closely with internal sales teams, manage external marketing agencies, oversee budgets, and empower the sales force with the training and tools needed for success.
As Brand Manager, you will :
6. develop and manage both long- and short-term brand plans for your brand portfolio.
7. translate strategic objectives into concrete campaigns, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
8. conduct market research and analyze trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
9. work closely with internal teams (sales, KAMs, product specialists) and external marketing agencies.
10. Organize product launches and ensure the creation of strong marketing materials.
11. manage the marketing budget and adjust based on performance and analysis.
12. provide product training and equip the sales team with all necessary tools to successfully market the brand.
About the ideal candidate
13. Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
14. Min. years of experience in brand/product management, ideally within FMCG or healthcare.
15. Strong analytical and strategic skills, combined with a hands-on mentality.
16. Experience working with creative agencies and coordinating campaigns.
17. Fluent in Dutch, French and English
