As a Key Account Manager Open Market, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the Belgian open market, including retailers, distributors and e-commerce players. You will play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening partnerships and ensuring successful product launches and in-store execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of key open market accounts (retailers, distributors, e-commerce partners)
* Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across assigned accounts
* Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners
* Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions and product listings
* Ensure successful product launches and go-to-market execution
* Coordinate with marketing, supply chain and sales operations teams to ensure optimal product availability and visibility
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and retail performance
* Analyse sales data and KPIs to optimize account performance
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
* Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM and internal tools
Profile & Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar commercial role
* Proven experience in the consumer electronics, smartphone or telecom sector
* Strong understanding of the Belgian open market retail landscape
* Experience working with indirect sales channels and distribution partners
* Strong negotiation and analytical skills
* Results-driven mindset with a strong commercial acumen
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in English, French and Dutch is a strong advantage
* Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools
