Freelance conducteur de chantier

For a Belgian construction customer, we are searching for a freelance Conducteur de Chantier for a €90m project in Marche-en-Famenne.

Tasks

You supervise a team of team leaders, workers and subcontractors.You are responsible for drawing up quantity surveys, progress reports, work and statements, ordering materials and checking working hours.You are actively involved in the general monitoring of the construction site, particularly with regard to construction systems, planning, safety and quality.

Profile

You love working outdoors!You have a bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent experience.You have acquired relevant experience as a site manager in structural work (concrete) and/or finishing.In addition, you are flexible, have a sense of contact and are a good team manager.Experience in coordinating large construction sites is a major asset.
