Provide data-driven visibility on your store's performance and implement action plans to continuously optimize results.
Motivate, lead, and build strong connections with your floor teams. You will support your Floor Managers or Assistant Store Managers in developing their leadership skills through regular briefings and feedback.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures (stock management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and store upkeep).
Manage daily back-office operations (scheduling, HR management, recruitment, etc.) Ensure a seamless, personalized, and memorable in-store experience for every customer.
Solid experience in store management and team leadership (10 to 20 employees).
Excellent command of the retail industry and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Engaged leader, with a proven ability to delegate, motivate, and develop team members.
Language skills: Professional fluency in Dutch or Flemish is expected for this role.
