We Are Looking for a Product Designer to Join us

As a Product Designer at Teamleader, you:

* work in one of our delivery teams with a product manager & several engineers to
identify and solve complex user and business problems
in ways that our users love, yet work for our business and are feasible in our tech-stack
* run the
end-to-end design process
: dedicate 30% of your time to UXR and 70% to solution design, ensuring stakeholder needs and challenges are thoroughly addressed
* perform
pragmatic user research
to guide decision-making and mitigate risks
* gather both
quantitative and qualitative insights
, by directly interacting with customers and prospects and by collaborating with product analysts, data scientists and customer facing colleagues
* perform
competitive benchmarking
to understand industry standards and how we can differentiate
* translate all these inputs into design solutions that are
intuitive and of high usability
standards. In this phase you play a key role in
reducing complexity
* balance aesthetic quality with business timelines
by knowing when a design is "good enough to ship" and when to push for perfection
* validate
these solutions, both internally by managing and integrating feedback from a diverse range of stakeholders (from support agents to the CEO) while forming and communicating a well-articulated vision, and externally, through testing or interacting with users in a beta process
* partner with developers
during delivery to explain design flows and interactions,
iteratively refining solutions together
based on technical constraints and feasibility
* in collaboration with the team, align on
success metrics and monitor them closely, including customer feedback,
to understand what drives user behavior and propose design iterations to improve outcomes

You'd be a great fit for this role if you:

* have
3 or more years of relevant design experience
, ideally in B2B/B2C SaaS or within a digital product agency
* showcase concrete
examples
of your
end-to-end design
process on a feature, product or project and the resulting
impact
on the user or business
* have the ability and personality to
successfully work in a high-pace, rapidly-changing environment
. You're resilient and can deal with ambiguity, scope change and reprioritisation. Maintain a structured approach to work while being flexible enough to adjust plans and priorities in response to changing business needs
* have
strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills
. Able to convince different audiences on all levels of the organisation, ensuring that complex ideas are accessible and understandable by stakeholders
* work efficiently in Figma Design and Make (or equivalent), using Ahoy, our component library, to design solutions rapidly for the various maturity phases (from concept to pixel-perfect design)
* are
familiar with design systems and component libraries
and are able to use and contribute to them
* exhibit systems thinking
to understand and predict how changes impact the broader product beyond the scope of your delivery team, including the design system
* display a natural drive to
explore and integrate new AI tools
and front-end frameworks that can enhance user experience and efficiency
* managing research data and maintaining a knowledge
base using tools such as Usersnap, Maze, Amplitude, and HotJar, to effectively gather and analyze user insights
* make decisions at a high pace based on the right
balance of judgment, user insight and data
. Smartly performing additional research when needed
* are able to learn from and
collaborate with multiple departments
, but can work independently and
handle accountability
well
* are fluent in both written and spoken English
