Develop a long-term national marketing strategy across multiple brands based on market, competitor, and sales performance analysis.Align the local strategy with the international marketing vision and overall corporate objectives.Set and monitor long-term goals, KPIs, and brand-specific marketing plans within budget.Lead operational execution, monitoring, and optimization of marketing plans and budgets.Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships while identifying growth opportunities.
Proven experience in strategic and operational marketing leadership, preferably in a multi-brand environment.Strong analytical skills with experience in market trend analysis and business case development.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and cross-functional projects.Skilled in team leadership, team management, and talent development.Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Experience in Healthcare sector is a plus.
