**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Specialist to support the manufacturing and quality control of CAR-T cell therapies in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities:
* Perform cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation.
* Work in a sterile clean room environment following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Collaborate with colleagues on a shift-based schedule.
In Quality Control, you will:
* Conduct quality control testing on CAR-T products in the lab.
* Perform environmental monitoring of production areas (e.g., air and surface sampling).
* Manage and approve test results in eLIMS and ensure accurate GMP documentation.
You will also contribute to process improvement by suggesting ideas for improving efficiency and quality, and help create and revise SOPs and work instructions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in bio sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, laboratory technology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
* Experience in GMP, cleanroom, or aseptic environments is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided.
* Fluency in Dutch or English.
* Residency in Belgium, preferably near Ghent.
