Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position based in our bakery in Ypres. As a Human Resources Administrative Officer, you will support the production planning, develop and enforce HR policies, and manage employee relations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining personnel records, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and collaborating with team leads to foster a positive work environment. Regular tasks include overseeing HR operations and acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and administrative needs.
Qualifications
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage personnel records and HR processes efficiently.
* Interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in the food production industry or in a HR department are a plus.
* Excellent PC-skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) in combination with a pragmatic knowledge of Dutch, French and English
* Understanding of Employee Relations and fostering collaborative workplaces.
* Basic knowledge of Labor and Employment Law is a plus
