Role & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Legal department .
Your key responsibilities include:
* Proactively managing day-to-day administrative matters (meeting scheduling, agenda coordination, problem-solving)
* Handling end-to-end administration: leave tracking, invoice processing in SAP
* Organising meetings, trainings, taking minutes and ensuring timely document signature
* Maintaining and updating the legal library on the intranet for internal stakeholders
* Managing legal archives in cooperation with the mailroom
* Coordinating team buildings and team activities
Experience & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent
* 5- 10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a Big 4, law firm or structured corporate environment
* Excellent command of MS Word, good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
* Solid working knowledge of SAP
* Highly organised, reliable, discreet and solution-oriented xphnsxz
Languages
* Fluent in French and Dutch and English
Contract
* Interim with option to permanent or permanent contract
Structure & Reporting
* Legal team of 8 lawyers, 1 Head of, supported by 3 legal administrative assistants
* Direct reporting line to the General Counsel
