Your future role
As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the hands-on execution of digital and omnichannel marketing activities within the Belgian hematology market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making things happen, turning strategy into visible field impact, and supporting sales teams with effective digital tools.
Key responsibilities
* Execute local digital campaigns in alignment with international and European marketing strategies.
* Create, adapt, and deploy digital content (emails, e-detailing, webinars, digital materials) for hematology healthcare professionals.
* Coordinate external agencies and partners, from briefing to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and brand consistency.
* Deploy and maintain omnichannel tools used by the sales force (CRM, e-detail aids, digital follow-up tools).
* Ensure effective targeting and segmentation in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
* Train and support field teams in the use of digital tools and marketing materials.
* Collect and analyze field feedback to continuously optimize campaigns and digital content.
* Manage compliance and approval processes to ensure fast and fully compliant execution with local regulations.

* You have proven experience in hematology within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
* You are a hands-on digital marketing specialist who translates strategy into concrete, field-ready actions.
* You are comfortable working in a regulated environment and know how to balance speed with compliance.
* Execution- and impact-driven, you enjoy delivering, optimizing, and continuously improving.
* You are comfortable with omnichannel tools and CRM systems and understand their real-life use in the field.
* Close to the field, you are willing to travel regularly to engage with specialists and align digital activities with customer interactions.
* You are functionally bilingual: Dutch/English or French/English, and comfortable in an international environment.
