Key Account Manager (Dutch Speaking) – Retail & Experience Projects


Flanders & The Netherlands | Remote-Based (Office: Nivelles)

We are supporting an international, fast-growing organisation active in large-scale creative experience projects for shopping centres, retail destinations, and public spaces across Europe.

The company designs and delivers turnkey seasonal and festive installations that transform commercial environments into immersive experiences.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (Dutch speaking) to drive commercial development across Flanders and the Netherlands.


The Role

This is a hybrid sales + project leadership position. You will not only develop new business, but also oversee the full client journey — from first contact to final installation.

Key responsibilities:


* Actively prospect and develop new opportunities within shopping malls, XXL retail properties, and leisure destinations
* Respond to RFQs and tenders with high-quality, impactful proposals
* Present and defend creative concepts to clients
* Serve as the single point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
* Coordinate closely with internal creative, project management, and production teams
* Ensure operational excellence, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction
* Monitor market trends and competitive developments
* Continuously improve internal processes and collaboration


Your Profile:


* Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or key account/project management
* Experience in retail property, mall operations, or large-format retail environments is a strong advantage
* Fluent in Dutch, with good command of French and English
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Client-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial drive
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup
* Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territories
