Description
* You will manage various customer-related administrative activities, such as handling e-mail requests, managing telephone calls, making appointments, KYC analyses and assisting with file preparation;
* You provide first-rate commercial follow-up, integrating new customers and resolving any problems encountered;
* You dynamically represent our client's strategy, mission, values, products and services to customers and prospects.
* You establish proactive communication with customers in order to maintain a lasting relationship that supports the Private Banking team;
* You keep abreast of developments in the banking sector, financial markets and new products and services offered by our customer.
Profile
* Holds a bachelor's degree and has a keen interest in the financial sector;
* First experience in the financial sector or customer service is an advantage;
* Fluent in French, with good oral and written skills in Dutch, and knowledge of English is a plus;
* Possesses strong administrative skills, works carefully within established procedures, and demonstrates excellent organizational skills;
* Adopts a proactive and positive approach, is adaptable, and is able to collaborate effectively within a team while being autonomous and responsible;
* Is comfortable interacting with customers, whether by telephone, face-to-face or in writing, and displays strong commercial acumen. Communication skills are a major asset.
