As Head of Process Improvements, you lead a team of engineers who aim to systematically improve our manufacturing process. To obtain results, you'll design solutions, provide proof-of-concept and finally implement process improvements.
What can you expect?
* You act as the direct lead for a team of engineers with different backgrounds and experience levels.
* You propose and drive innovative ideas to improve the cell therapy manufacturing process from a reliability, OOS, terminations, automation and cost perspective.
* You lead, support and influence different process improvements both at a local as global level.
* You act as an SME in the support of investigations, process improvements, process validations and tech transfer activities.
* Stakeholder management: build up strong partnerships with different departments (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality) to ensure seamless implementation of improvements.
Who are we looking for?
Education
* Master degree in a technical discipline is required (Engineering, Science or relatable)
Experience
* A minimum of 10 years of experience within a similar role in which tech transfer, process validation, process life cycle management was a major part.
* Experience as a people manager is a must have. (Minimum for five years).
Languages
* English at a fluent level is a must have for this role.
* Dutch is a nice to have
