The Intercompany Supply Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory deployment across the company's and external distribution network in alignment to the plan Client Details Our client is a top pharma company located in Flemish Brabant Description Execute order management processes from order placement to invoice. Coordinate shipment preparation. Manage Market's allocation constraints (shelf life, lot number requirements). Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues. Act as the point of contact to internal and/or external customers to keep them informed about the status of pending orders and delivery details. Ensure all distribution activities meet market/distributor needs. Successfully manage customer expectations. Ensure compliance in day-to-day operations and timely escalation to management when required. Profile Bachelor / University degree At least 1 year of experience in a customer service and order processing and/or supply chain environment. High level of self-motivation and flexibility coupled with good interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment (multi-cultural / Multi-channel, …) Stress resistant and strong ability to deal with and perform under pressure. Good analytical skills Seeks and strives for permanent improvement. Priority management skills. Highly pro-active and strong problem-solving skills. True team player. Strong communication skills.
