The role
As Product Designer, you will be part of the Product team. You own and grow the Harmoney design system and shape the UX of our compliance platform. You work closely with product and engineering in fast-moving 2-week sprints, validate ideas through rapid prototyping, and keep the product sharp, consistent and intuitive.
What you'll do:
* Own and grow the design system in Figma, in sync with PrimeNG
* Design the UX for our compliance flows: onboarding, KYC, CLM, TPRM, HarmonAI
* Prototype fast with Lovable, v0, Bolt, Make or Framer AI to validate with real users
* Ship side-by-side with Angular developers, map to PrimeNG, flag gaps
* Run lightweight UX research and continuous feedback loops
* Help build an audience-capture practice with our Lead PM and Lead Analyst
What you bring
Must-haves:
* Advanced Figma skills with deep experience in design systems, components, variants and tokens
* Hands-on with AI prototyping tools: Claude Design, v0, Bolt, Make or Framer AI
* Experience designing for Angular applications and component libraries like PrimeNG
Also important:
* 3+ years as a Product, UX or UI Designer in SaaS or B2B
* Experience shipping products in agile sprint environments alongside front-end developers
* Experience working on data-heavy or workflow-driven products
* Sharp visual craft: typography, spacing, hierarchy
* Familiar with WCAG 2.2 AA and the European Accessibility Act
* Experience designing locale-aware interfaces for dates, currencies, numbers, and translated content

* Salary band C2: gross monthly salary between €2.474 and €4.590, depending on experience, skills and expertise
