Job Description
They're hiring a Head of Global Sales to architect and execute the commercial strategy for a high‑value medical device characterized by an extended sales cycle. This person will:
Identify business opportunities for the organization and define the sales strategy
Lead an international sales team and upscale the team whilst partnering closely with product management and stakeholders
Deepen market presence across geographies (SE Asia, Latin-America etc)
Accelerate new applications and restore commercial effectivities
Own the selling process end-to-end and converting long, multi-stakeholder CAPEX cycles for systems (>10mio EUR)
The Successful Applicant
The Head of Global Sales brings international and industrial experience in a similar sector (industrial solutions, medical devices etc) and proven capability in defining strategies to pursue business growth. Furthermore:
A proven experience in managing long and complex sales cycles (>1 year, CAPEX > 10mio EUR)
Experience in people management, with strong capability to grow the team shifting from farming to hunting
A deep interest technical and financial matters whilst being result-driven and focused on customer needs
Willingness to travel on a regular basis (up to 30% worldwide)
English fluent, French a nice to have
