What You’ll Do
As a Sales Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth while managing and developing a team of sales professionals. You’ll lead by example, set clear KPIs, and ensure your team delivers exceptional results. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll build client relationships, win new business, and coach your team to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow your business portfolio with full autonomy
* Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and KPIs
* Coach and develop your team through regular 1:1s, feedback, and performance reviews
* Drive business development with new and existing clients, securing high-value opportunities
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships through strategic engagement
* Ensure delivery excellence by partnering with our Talent team and overseeing key projects
* Track and report on team performance, pipeline health, and revenue growth
* Foster a high-performance culture through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, or business development
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to set and manage KPIs, drive performance, and support team growth
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling teams
* Experience in IT services or tech recruitment is a plus
* Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a bonus
