We’re hiring a Campaign & Media Officer to own integrated ATL & digital campaigns end-to-end, including lead creative development and brand expression. Moreover, act as the media lead with a sharp focus on ROAS and efficient growth, and translate performance data into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations.
As Campaign & Media Officer you'll be at the forefront of keeping our marketing strategies as vibrant and straightforward as our brand, contributing to both TADAAM's and Telenet's growth and evolution.
Your responsibilities as a Campaign & Media Officer
1. Own end to end campaign management across ATL and digital: scope, brief, plan, produce, QA, launch and optimize.
2. Lead agencies E2E across strategy, creative and media, setting objectives, budgets and success criteria, and holding owners accountable.
3. Act as the media manager at a strategic level: define channel roles, investment split, flighting logic and high-level reach/frequency guardrails.
4. Champion creative excellence: set the narrative, approve concepts and assets, and ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
5. Drive in-market optimization using data-led insights to refine audiences, creative rotations and budget allocation against KPI thresholds.
6. Interpret performance data and turn it into sharp stories: executive-ready slides with insights, decisions and next steps.
7. Orchestrate measurement: define success metrics, ensure tracking is in place with specialists, consolidate reports and deliver frequent readouts, including monthly KPI-based executive reports.

8. 4+ years’ experience running integrated campaigns across ATL and digital, from brief to launch to optimization.
9. A proven track record leading agencies and delivering multi-channel campaigns that hit brand KPIs and drive ROAS.
10. Strong creative judgment: shaping concepts, messaging and assets that stay on brand and perform.
11. Comfortable acting as media lead: Deep channel knowledge in paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and paid search; able to approve high-level media plans, investment splits and campaign phasing (flight strategy).
12. Sharp analytical skills: interpret performance and turn into clear insights and executive-ready slides.
13. Solid grasp of measurement and KPI setting; experience in evaluating ROI and making data-driven trade-offs.
14. Nice to have: telecom/subscription experience, basic CRM familiarity (e.g., Braze), strong written/spoken English; Dutch or French is a plus.
