1. Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, meetings and conference calls;
2. Seek for challenges in cost & time efficiency for international travel bookings;
3. Act as deputy in dealing with internal (CEO, other VP's Lead Team Members, HQ functions and support staff) & external 'customers', and be the first point of contact for the VP's
4. Close coordination with the VP in his absence, screen & identify electronic and hard copy mail, and set the priority of action required;
5. Act as liaison, problem solver and facilitator;
6. Liaise with the Assistant to the CEO, to coordinate activities and appointments;
7. Liaise with CEO, other VP's Lead Team Members, HQ functions and support staff
8. Assist the Department's Leader in drafting communication notes as well as presentation
9. Participate actively in Team meetings, take minutes and follow-up on actions with Lead team Members;
10. Input in the expense reports and monitor progress;
11. Assist in event coordination;
12. Organize Lead team meetings, Videoconference and conference calls;
13. Fluent in French and English,
14. min10 years of experience working as a Legal Executive Assistant, or similar
