You will work hands‐on on building, automating and optimizing Power BI solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights for management and operational teams.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain Power BI reports & dashboardsDevelop Power Query and SQL‐based transformationsCreate and optimize DAX measures (performance & best practices)Design and optimize data models (star / snowflake schema)Automate data flows and reporting (Dataflows, Power Automate, etc.)Resolve operational BI issues and support usersMust‐have skillsStrong hands‐on experience with Power BI Desktop & Power BI ServiceAdvanced DAX knowledge (row vs filter context, optimization)Solid experience with Power Query and ETL conceptsExperience with dimensional data modelingAffinity with automation and data engineering conceptsGood knowledge of ExcelBasic SQL knowledgeNice to haveExperience with Power Automate / Power PlatformKnowledge of Azure data tools, xjsrcvq Microsoft Fabric or data lakesUnderstanding of Power BI governance, security (RLS) and deploymentsPL‐300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certificationProfileSeveral years of hands‐on Power BI experienceAutonomous, proactive and solution‐orientedStrong technical mindset, comfortable working independentlyLanguageFluent Dutch required
